If your item arrives defective:
Please contact us within 10 days of item's arrival to notify us of item defect. We will give you a 100% refund, or if you prefer, we will post out another scale at no extra postage cost. You can exchange for another scale which we sell at just the cost of the difference in price. Contact us so we can tell you how to return the scale to us. If we are not notified of the return, we will not refund return postage!
If you do not notify us within 10 days of item's defect then you will need to use the manufacturer's warranty to get item exchanged/repaired.
If you would like to return for any other reason then item defective (not what you wanted, ordered wrong item...)
Please contact us within 10 days of items arrival to notify us of your return. We will give you a 100% refund minus the shipping costs or item can be exchanged for another item we sell. Return postage is at your expense. The difference in costs and postage will need to be paid. You must contact us first before you return item to us. We will notify you how to return your item to us.
A re-stock fee of 10% will only be charged if item is not returned in unused condition. For full refund item must be in original packaging, with all original manufacturers warranty, papers, and packaging in tact.
Note: All returns defective or not MUST be verified with us prior to buyer returning item. We need to give you return instructions.
