Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay next day delivery. All of our prices include 20% VAT as we are a VAT registered company. VAT registration number: 891764675 trading as Superstars (Bristol) Limited. All orders include a VAT receipt. Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
We use PayPal & Google check out as they are the fast and secure way to purchase on line. You can also use your credit card directly through our safe check out system. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. We also accept money orders and checks but they need to be cashed before order is shipped. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.
Shipping and postage:
All items ordered before 2:00PM are sent same day through FedEx courier for next day delivery. This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that Fed Ex does not deliver on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays. Seller is not responsible for postal delays, but will work with you to track parcels.
We send packages to the address listed on your payment address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay next day delivery.
Your package will be in a discrete plain cardboard box, for your privacy.
International orders will need to be arranged via email before purchase so that postage can be discussed. We will work with you to find the most affordable postage, and next day delivery cannot be guaranteed. All international orders need to have postal insurance. No returns for International orders, you will be provided with contact information for the manufacture. All international returns for faulty items will need to be managed through the manufacture and the warranty policy.
If recipient no longer needs the item or is not to recipients liking, then the item can be returned within 14 days. Recipient will need to pay return postage. Buyer MUST notify seller if an item is being returned prior to buyer posting item back. Seller must agree to return. Item MUST be returned in original packaging and in resell able condition. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If buyer receives item back and it is not in these conditions then buyer will not receive refund and item will be posted back to buyer.
If item is broken or faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will need to notify seller of return prior to posting item back. Seller will need to agree to return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. Buyer will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for outgoing item. If item is found faulty after 7 days then buyer will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
Recycle Now: We offer a free Take Back scheme on your old electronical equipment. This is done on a like for like basis. In accordance to Waste Electrical and Equipment Regulations 2006. If you no longer want your old postal scales and do not want to bin it, you can send it to us to be recycle when you purchase a new set of scales from uk. Return to our contact address. You will need to pay the postage for the return.
Seller may change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Seller may terminate agreement with buyer if any terms of Terms & Conditions are breached.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and buyer and may only be amended in writing.
By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Seller for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
Seller may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
All products and services are subject to availability. Seller endeavors to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock. We will contact you with this issue and if you require a refund then we will do so.
Seller is not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation. Buyer is responsible for all customs and excises taxes in their country.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
Post or return your item to our retail shop. You will need to pay the postage. 42 Gloucester Road, Bishopston Bristol BS7 8AR.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
